    In Part 2, I noticed “out of focus” images when you cut to a new scene, then it focuses in OK. Is that on the local cameras, or part of the Google+ system?
    Thanks for the great content. My “take away” for Part two: Simplest is best, reduce possibilities for failure.

      Good catch! When you use a webcam and it is left to ‘autofocus’ it will be blurry when switching back to the camera. You would need to go into the driver / web cam settings and make sure you aren’t using autofocus. On some occasions it IS Google+ refocusing, but that has pretty much been addressed by Google.
